Montanas in the Park!

We've gone from having only one Montana in the park (us) to having 4 Montanas in the park, all in the space of 24 hours. MOC members Kate and Greg Kerlin are here in one of them; I haven't met the other Montana owners yet.

I'm sorry to report that one of the other Montana owners is a rule-breaker, and you know how I feel about rule breakers after being a park host here for 9 months. The guy stakes his dog outside of his camper and leaves, and while the dog hasn't been a barker so far as I know, staking animals outside of an RV and leaving them for long periods of time is definitely against the rules. And, this morning the guy drove across the grassy front part of my site to get his truck turned around so that he could go the wrong way out of the park. I don't think he heard my beating on our window as he drove within inches of our patio.

Back to happier thoughts--I've said this before and I'm sure I'll say it again: The MOC is a great way to meet people and make new friends. We would never have met the Kerlins if we didn't belong to the MOC.

Carolyn

PS: My book of RV hosting and park experiences continues to expand.

Oh well, with the thousands and thousands of Montana's sold over the years one or two undoubtedly ended up in the wrong hands.

I had the pleasure of meeting Greg and Katie at Qsite and then traveled with them for some time. Great people. MOC is a great family.

That funny you mentioned the dog ,we just had some lady that just moved in our Resort and tried doing that and the dog would sit there and HOWL and bark at anything that walked by and she would NEVER come out and tell it to Shut up ,that did not last long the owners came over and told her get the dog in the RV or take it for a walk or You and your dog are OUT.....COOL!
