Ice maker/Low point drain

Hello all,

New Montana owner here. Purchased the 3931 5th wheel at Hershey show. Trying to figure out ice maker. Here is where I am at so far.

Have the confusing on/off switch at ice maker on. (so light is off)
Have the valve under stove open
When I turn the 2nd valve under sink on my low point drain out under unit by back tire drips pretty good.
I did prime the ice maker with the little button under the unit and it did squirt the water.
Should this low point drain be dripping? It is closed but does not have a washer in it and I was told by Montana it should not.

Confused, has anyone had this issue?

Thanks in advance.
