Bedroom slide out problems

I have a 2017 3790 rd and the bed room slide is fine when extended but when the slide is closed and going down the road the bottom of the slide out pushes out and breaks the mounting screws are pulling out or breaking the heads off

hydraulic? Maybe air in the system or a faulty check valve.

His bedroom slide is a Schwintek slide.

Does the slide bottom creep out equal distance on both sides? Or only on one side?

After watching some videos on the Lippert/Schwintek system - the sketch below illustrates my theory for the only way the bottom of the slide could creep out. It is possible that the screws holding the H-column to the sidewall have come out at the bottom.

I don’t yet have a theory for what is happening to cause the screws to pull out on the bottom.

Your issue is most likely going to be the lower bearing block rivets, the bearing shoes and the H rack is "out of time"... this is different from "out of sync"...

** edited to add Lippert Video showing how to retime an H rack assy to fix the issue of the bottom of the slide still being out when the top of the slide is fully against the outside wall

That’s exactly what is happening it’s like when it is closed up the slide when is in it sit above the floor and the weight of the mattress and what’s underneath the bed going down the road makes it settle down and push the bottom of the slide out and it looks like the aluminum frame in the wall has broken from the bottom support so after driving down the road for the day it bows out the front side of the slide where the wall seam is under the front of the slide so we live full time on the road so we’re at our seasonal site here in maine for the summer before we head out In October

It might help if you could post some photos of each side of the bottom slide area.
Are you seeing cracks in the fiberglass wall anywhere? Wondering if this issue is related to frame flex?

Does the slide “creep” out on both sides about the same distance?
Or does it only creep out on one side? If so - which side (screen shot below)…
Side A or Side B?

The issue with your slide sticking out at the bottom when closed at the top is only going to get fixed by pulling the H rack assy and fixing what is broken on it and then retiming the H rack..

Then install the assy and synchronize the slide motors..

It is the a side no cracks but the side bows out I think the vertical frame tubing that’s welded to the horizontal tubing in the wall and the weld is broken between the two inside the wall so going down the road the bouncing settles down the bed and works the bottom out so I installed slides under the bed to stop the frame from settling down while traveling we live full time on the road

When I close the slide it is closed up the way it is supposed to be going down the road the bounce and vibration from the highway has broke the wall welded frame

Do you run the slide out from that point (with it out 2” at the bottom)? And it works going out just fine? Or do you push the “in” button to bring it in before running it out? Does the wall move when you run it out? Or does this only occur during travel? Seems like the wall with broken stud welds would show movement when the motors are engaged.
