You have to push the small button located behind your TV. It is an antenna switch. Cut the green light off. Mine is located behind my tv in the bedroom. I have a 3791RD. Also and check and make sure you connected the site cable to the TV connection not satellite.

I think he has the KeyTV system (2019 models and newer) which I know nothing about. Not sure he has an antenna booster switch, which is what my unit has. Maybe someone with KeyTV system can help.

I have a 2019 3791RD with the Key TV system. No antenna booster. Make sure you are plugged into the right input in the convenience center, then turn on TV and go to menu, set input to "Cable" and search channels. That's what works on mine. BTW, you have to do each TV separately.

Hello,
I have a 2020 Montana as well.

1. Plug coaxial cable into park cable port
2. Plug other end to your rigs cable port in your outside control center
3. On your tv you will need to go into menu-go to channel tab-there will be a selection for Air or Cable. Switch it to cable and then do an automatic channel scan. Should work then.

Also to note, the AIR option allows you to watch tv without the cable. It will scan the area for HD signals and allow you to watch for free. I was able to pickup at least 40 channels in HD quality in the area I was in. You would do it the same way as the cable except you would select AIR in the tv menu and then do a channel scan.
