I have only limited experience to draw on, 4 years running a wood shop in 1 park that has about 25 or so workampers. I would recommend staying away from most maintenance and outside work depending on the job requirements of the park. Some of it can involve moving things, and other physically strenuous duties. The people oriented and office related jobs would probably be better for you if you can put up with doing that kind of work.
We had a couple of folks doing maintenance and gardening that had to find something else due to their back problems.
My neighbor has worked at a small federal campground and hasn't mentioned any heavy work though, mostly cleaning and registration.
Be sure to inform the the park manager and prevent any misunderstandings up front and get a thorough job description.
