You really can't take the dealer's word on that or the information in the brochure. The only designated size that can be on the trailer at the time of first sale will be displayed on the vehicle certification label.
Times are changing and the trailer manufacturers are slowly changing with them. If the vehicle certification label depicts a cold inflation pressure of 95 PSI they are only required to install tires that will will withstand that 95 PSI. The ST 235/80R16 with a LRF would qualify. However, to date, there are zero steel cased ST235/80R16 LRF tires on the market.
