Dont, If the smell comes from the bathroom sink, and you are Washer Dryer preped, but either not installed or not used in a while, it could be the lines that go to the Washer. On my unit they come off a "T" fitting under the bathroom sink. I don't have a W/D so I disconnected the line and capped off the "T" going to the W/D.
Thats one possibility.

So did I. Sometimes it's the water in Arizona. We get a bad smell when we're in Yuma. Sometimes it seems replacing the anode rod and flushing out the water heater helps.

99% chance its the anode rod doing its job. Get a new one at any RV dealer/shop, then replace. Be sure to shut down the city water and water pump, open a hot water faucet in the unit, then remove the rod. If its just gunked up with junk, clean it off, flush the heater, and put it back in. If its really almost gone, replace it. Replacements are 7 - 10 dollars.

Ditto what Karl said. It's the anode rod producing hydrogen sulfide gas as it degrades. Had a home H2O heather that did the same thing. Plumber told me it's a common occurrence. Still smells pretty bad though. Only until it runs for a little bit.

We are in Yuma also.
I do not get it back in NH in the summer.
Talked with a tech.
He reccommeds that for the winter in AZ, take a old aniode rod and cut off the rod and just put the plug in.
Yes, you will not have the protection of the rod, but, when you leave for the summer, just put a rod in.
Also, take the pressure relief valve off and with a flex hose, pour in a bottle of white vinager and put the relief valve back it, fill the water heater with water and turn the heater back on.
Do it when you can leave it in for 8 hours.
Drain and refill and flush a couple of times.
That will take care of the sulfer smell.
Just my suggestion.

The first thing I have to ask is does this happen after the water heater has set for a while between uses, like a couple weeks or so? If this is the case, never let the heater set that long with water in it. It will get an odor then.
Also, I might suggest not using the water heater while wintering in Arizona without an anode rod in it. The rod is there for a reason and if you cut it off, you are defeating its purpose.
Best bet is to not let the water heater set for any very long with water in it.

Steve,
Water does not sit in the water heater for very long, it is flowing everyday, showers, dishes, etc. as we are full timing.
As soon as we leave AZ water, I do not have the problem.
Don't have the problem except with AZ water.
For 5 months I can live without the rod in the water heater, instead of taking showers with sulfer smelling water.

Sven, I guess it I had lookrd at your signature I would have realizes you were full timers.
Try what your mech said about cutting off the anode, but if the odor remains, put the rod back in.
By the way, enjoy the AZ weather, I wish I was there!!!!!!!

Steve,
Great day today 88 degrees and 18% humidity.
Today was water heater day.
Turned off the water.
Open pressure relief valve to released the pressure.
Took the rod out and drained the tank.
The rod was put in last spring, had allot of scumm on it but it was only about 10% gone.
Took off the gas fired shield, and with pipe wrench removed the pressure relief valve.
Felt inside the rod hole and alot of sediment in the bottom of the heater.
Sprayed water into the top and bottom hole and filled it up a couple of times with the hose and flushed out the sediment.
Replaced the plug with the cut off rod.
With a flex hose dumped a bottle of white vinager into the tank, taped the threads and replaced the pressure relief valve.
Filled the water heater til water came out the pressure relief vavle.
Replaced the heater shield.
Turned on the heater and going to let it sit for 8 hours.
Going to run hot water to the sink, sink and shower to clean out the lines.
Drain the tank, by takeing out the plug and re-fill and empty a couple of times.
Should be set for the winter, or with the weather here some of us say summer!!!
