I had this same problem. Good voltage at the connections for the motor running the hydraulic pump. It turned out that the motor had failed. New motors are expensive but easy to replace. One way to get a few more cycles out of the failed motor is to tap it with a rubber mallet or the rubber handle of tool, or gently rap it with something harder. My experience with Lippert was excellent. They helped me to diagnose the problem and I avoided paying for the labor of diagnosis and replacement of the motor, the upcharge on the motor, as well as avoiding the camper downtime waiting for service.
