unhooking problem

sgf Montana Fan Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: williamsport Posts: 252 M.O.C. #680	unhooking problem took the montana on its maiden voyage this weekend. towed beautifully;but when we went to unhook the handle would not come loose until we backed up the tow vehicle a tad. we did have the front jacks down and the weight was off the truck, is this normal or are we doing something wrong. 04 montana 2955rl 03 dodge 2500 qc diesel ho 16k reese slider
