Keystone is just plain cruel!

The wife and I like to browse the RV lots from time to time, just to see what's new or different. On one of those excursions, we took a look at a 3812 Raptor (toy hauler). Not ready to get rid of Monty, but if I had toys, it would make for a hard choice (unless we won the lottery). That is a beautiful rig, full body paint on the outside and a regular party lounge for an interior. I think Keystone does this just make me suffer. Even worse, we had just looked at a new Can-Am 4 wheeler. It's just not fair.

It also applies to the Montana line as well. It seems we no sooner bought our, just introduced, 3485SA 3 slide when they come out with the 3605 4 slide. Same basic floor plan but the 4th slide gave it more additional floor space and a much better designed kitchen layout. Also considerably larger basement and remote controlled everything. You are so right, "It's just not fair."

I get to enjoy having the cutting edge for a little while anyway. Sold my 97 SOB I bought new 12 years ago and picked up a new 2010 Montanna 3665RE. How long until they come out with some new features to make me sick? Stay tuned............................................. ...

Doesn't even look like good hay... Probably the same thing all the bankers got, right???

We still have a few years yet with our 3400. Like buying a laptop. You just know as soon as you make the plunge something new will be available that you really want... Just got to do it...

BTW, does the 3605 front W/D prep handle stackables - or only the combo unit?

Yep, that definitely what we got, Glenn. Sorry off topic and getting too political...

Sometimes just falls out of me...

No, just the combo unit. The opening is only 32" high, although the inside is 40" high. opening is 27" wide & 22 deep.

No, we saw the prototype at the fall rally last year. I did notice on the Montana website that they are no longer listing a Mountaineer TT or the Toy Hauler. Could be some of the streamlining/revamping to simplify and stay in buisness

I think with the popularity of the toy haulers, they should keep the plan to manufacture them....guess as a potential paying customer I just don't really have any say so about what they should do.
