Why no MCD shades in bedroom???
Anyone know why they put MCD shades everywhere but the bedroom?
Must be a reason...why else would they put the shades that are more light diffusers than shades? Laying here with light shining in...

Because they are penny pinchers and people are letting them get away with it.

Thinking like an rv manufacturer...if you are in the bedroom, you are sleeping and can't see the shades. Main living area is the bling room... john

On my 2015 in the bedroom we have the wood louvered shades and they let no light in and we like them, I wish we had the MCD in the living area because I LOATHE and I mean Hate our day/night shades although I am getting pretty good at restringing them

The engineers that design campers aren't rewarded form makeing a better camper they are rewarded for makeing them cheaper. New and improved usually means for the manufacturer not the consumer.

We just recently traded in another Keystone fifth wheel for our 2016 Montana 3160. The first fiver had wood blinds in the living room and day/night in the bedroom. We hated them both. Our new Montana has MCD shades throughout the rig. They are wonderful! They are easy to operate and are very room darkening. Our only issue is that we would like to find some handles or grips to use on them and that is proving to be a challenge.
