Apple iOS 6 Don't work with Motorola Elite Silver

My Iphone 4S just updated its software to iOS 6. I have the Motorola Elite Silver Blue Tooth ear piece. It will not "pair" or communicate with the new software.

After an hour on the phone with Apple they told me 1. the OS can not be down graded. I am stuck with iOS 6. I will have to get Motorola to upgrade their device.

After 15 mins with Motorola they said our piece still works, it is not broke so there is nothing we can do.

I contacted AT&T, explained I purchased the phone and ear piece in March and they worked. Now they don't with Apple's iOS upgrade that is permanent.

AT&T credit my account for a new blue tooth. Since the iOS 6 is new I want to see a replacement ear piece work before I purchase it.
Great customer service from AT&T.

Sounds like they don't talk to each other.

John,

You can downgrade, but it requires that you jailbreak your ios device. If you want to do this, let me know and I will email you the steps. I jailbreak all of our ios devices so I can exploit the advantages of the operating system beyond that which Apple delivers.

Glad AT& T stepped up. I'm not letting our phones upgrade at the moment. Too many issues being reported at the moment.
