Made it to Gatlinburg!

We made it to Gatlinburg today. Camper pulled great truck ran perfect even with 347,000 miles on it. Went to eat @ "No way Josey's" by the aquarium with a fellow co-worker & his family. It poured the rain and I got soaked on the way back to the truck. We had a Great Day! Even got WiFi!!

Thought I passed a Montana South of Richmond, KY but not sure if it was.

Have a great time. It has been years and years since I've been to Gatlinburg. One of my favorite places!

If its been that long then you can't imagine how it has grown here. Wall to wall people and solid shopping & business places all the way from I-40 through Pigeon Forge.

It has been that long. I think the last time I was there was in the late 80's with my church.

We were there last year during a car show and took two hours to go two miles. Couldn't leave the campground two days because of the traffic.
The campground told us not to come in on Friday and do not try to leave on Sunday unless you like to set in traffic.
Hope you have a great time Bill.

Having a great time! Got back to the camper this evening to discover a "Big Sky" next to us. Hope to talk with them later. We came in on Thursday & the traffic was light. Will be leaving on Wednesday. Also found a short cut around Gatlinburg to 321 but not recomended for towing the Monty.

Been here in Seiverville all week at the River Plantation RV park. We have had our National Rally here and its been great. River Plantation I can highly recomend the RV park.. We have been treated great, so great we will return to River Plantation again in 2014. Haven't been in this area in 10 years what a change. Had a 102 units here and two new owners from SOB's.

How the Little Pigeon River/stream? Reason I ask is about 8to 9 months ago there was a huge sewage spill from the treatment plant. One of the big tanks broke and down stream it went.
hope all is going well it is a wonderful place.
