Bear, Reminds me of the time, about 10yrs ago, the DW, said let's take this shortcut! Enough said. Took me 45 minutes and a 95 point turn, to turn around and head back to blacktop. Let's not even go into last year on our way to Alaska, we lost a bearing and wheel assembly 35 miles W of Fort Nelson British Columbia. It's all in the joy of travel and what you get out of it. Like you mention, at the end of the day, a good sunset and glass of wine will make it all right...... Chuck and Karen

Ya'll make me laugh my butt off, and I'm laughing at us, not you. I have done most of those things or I know I will do them sooner or later, but as you say, it's all worth it at the end of the day when you're sitting in a chair with nothing to do but watch the sun set.
