How's it goin'?
Hi There,
I'm a Scot living in Appleton Wisconsin and we bought our first RV, a 305RL last April. I haul with a Ford F250 6.7L Diesel Super Duty.
We'll be taking our RV out of storage this weekend and getting it de-winterized for the 2017 season. As a newbie I have joined the forum to gather tips and know-how on getting the best from our camper and staying safe on the road.
We don't have kids but our 2 year old Labradoodle Brodie is our constant camping companion.

Cute dog! We travel with a cat.
We just bought a similar unit last week and our first outing is not until June. There are some schedule conflicts before then. We are looking forward to trying it out!
This is not our first RV. We had two travel trailers when the kids were young and this is our fourth fifth wheel since 2006, each one bigger than the last. We winter in Florida in our trailer.

Welcome. One thing to remember, assuming you have one, turn the water heater bypass off!! This stumped me a couple of times trying to figure out why I was getting anything but air our of the hot water side!
