Ariston Comes Through

Our washer (made by Splendid) is only 8 months old. The main dial that allows you to select the type of wash cycle broke. Called Ariston/Splendid and they said we could either take it to their closest facility for repair or they would have a repairman come out. Problem was the repair facility was about 60 miles away so we would have had to pay service call even though the actual repair would be free. Other option was they would ship new knob and email directions for replacing. After reading directions it didn't look too bad so we went that route. The actual repair only took about 90 minutes. It took another 90 minutes trying to fish my flashlight out of the bottom of the washer case after dropping it down there. Lucky for me it dropped into a corner void because I never could get it out.

The Ariston/Splendid folks were very friendly and helpful.

Don't remember anyone ever having anything but praise for them. They did right by us.

We have been very pleased with Splendide service and our washer and dryer. They have a good Customer Service support call line as well. Glad to hear you got your flashlight back!
