I wonder if it was the same one we saw in Cody WY. Looked like a 3 axle Teton being pulled by a tandem axle semi tractor with a "Smart car" sideways on the back of the truck. All painted the same. Couldn't get a picture of it.

Wonder why he didn't just use a 2500 with a set of air bags?

Is this the rig? http://picasaweb.google.com/john.cocking/BigRedTruck

We saw this rig and met the owners last winter at Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort in the Rio Grande Valley. They bought the tractor used from a major trucking company and had it converted to suit their needs. It includes a crane to put the car on the back, and a Harley rides in the toybox. The trailer is a triple axle Escalade.

They bought a lot in the neighbouring Retama Village development, so I expect that we will see more of them this winter. (Their lot is almost directly across the road form Skip and Mary's (Countryfolks).

Ah yes, its getting closer to RGV time!
