I had the same issue twice. I called the tank manufacturer and they told me they only test the tank to 1 PSI. So if you fill the tank all the way and the water level goes up into the pipe a foot or so, the pressure in the tank will be greater than when it was tested originally. My gray water tank for the bath is leaking now. When the light says full, I dump. I know there is still room in the tank but I don’t wAnt to have gray water leaking out all over the place. Piss poor way to build a tank.

Check with customer service buy we were told a rally that the new one piece tanks are not compatible with the old ones.

I suspect that 1 psi is air pressure to check for leaks under water. A 50 gallon tank filled weighs over 400 lbs. An extra couple gallons in a pipe is not whats pushing the tank to failure. Your tanks are failing because they are not supported on the bottom. Not your fault for filling it. Keystone's fault for being cheap.

Slide failed again/..broke both shear bolts and stripped the gears on both side....
