So sorry for your misfortune, but "cost & time to repair" depends TOTALLY on how extensive the damage is, and we, at this point have no idea what that is, so it would be pointless to offer any ideas. Are we talking 1 sq. foot or 40 sq, ft. or what? More info. please...

When we had our 05 3400RL we had a roof replaced. They replaced to total roof and no structral damage. It cost us $3750. I would check around for prices. We got bids from $3750- 7500. Materials are not the cost, but lots of labor. Everything on the roof has to be removed and replaced.

Not familiar with Camperland in Confoe, but a quick Google search was not encouraging. Some bad reviews on their service department and D- rating by BBB. But complaints and bad reviews are all too common about RV service centers.
I would check with 3 or 4 dealers and go with the one that gives the best price, but also gives you that warm fuzzy feeling about them. And one that is willing to give you a firm commitment as to when they will start work, allow you to wait until that time to bring it in, and an estimate of time to complete. Otherwise you could be out quite an expense for other living arrangements.

Hi
Your insurance company should have a list of their preferred service facilities. I would search each one of them on the internet and use the one with the least amount of negative reviews.

Just a suggestion, but if it is feasible, I would go to Goshen-Elkhart In. for any major repairs. There are many repair shops there that are used to doing major work and are usually more reasonable than the dealers. Have heard many horror stories of dealers that don't know how and can't get the parts to fix it. Ends up costing you more in the end and the aggravation of trying to get it done right. It just might be worth the trip there.

Try Action RV in Conroe. They installed my solar and a couple other jobs. I would return to them in a heartbeat. http://www.actionrvconroetexas.com

If I thought I had any possible structural damage I'd be heading for the Goshen/Elkhart, IN area like Dennis/tbhd2 stated. This is where the units are made and there are many places there, if not the Service Center for Keystone, that have the experience to take care of that rig of yours. Since you are full timers it may be the best choice to have the "Pros" do the work on your unit! Keep us informed on what you decide to do!
