Cowboy Beans

2- Pork hocks
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
1- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1- bag pinto beans

Wash beans and pork hocks put in large pot cover with water. Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, green chilies. Bring to rolling boil, turn off heat cover and let set for one hour. Turn heat back on bring to boil and cover turn heat down to simmer and cook till beans are tender. Serve with Rice and corn bread.
