Towing with the Level up system?

I looked at a 3700RL at Camping World the other day and saw that it had the Level up system installed on it. The first thing I thought was man if I had those on my trailer and were they were hanging that low I would have torn the front and back units off many times by now. So my question is has anyone had this problem or is it something you do not have to worry about.
