NEW UPDATE on Slide Failure and Mission Tires
The diagnosis is in on the slides not wanting to go out. Lippert is sending the dealer a replacement pump and solenoid that is all covered under warranty. Replacement Chinese specials (don't know brand yet) for the Missions have arrived at the dealer. Slide parts to be shipped today. While there the Dometic fridge will be checked to see if it is part of the latest recall notice for the fire hazard and if so the repair kit will be installed. When the slide parts arrive dealer will arrange for tire mounting and will pull hubs and check brakes, seals, bearings, etc. to determine what the mystery leak on the passenger side rear hub is. Will let everyone know the prognosis, but I am sure it is heat related due to pulling the rig with brake cable dislodged and overheating the brakes, but we will see. Once again I cannot overstate my opinion of the importance of a good dealer (service particularly) when purchasing a new rig. I am very pleased with our dealer!! Of course, I should reserve judgment until I see what the bill will be I guess!

Latest UPDATE On edit: Slide issue was resolved with selenoid and new pump from Lippert. Refridgerator was on latest recall, so the fix-it kit was resolved. New Chinese made replacements for Missions are on the rig (don't know brand yet). The only thing remaining is they forgot to check hubs, brakes, bearings and seals to determine mysterious leakage that was evident in the pictures. That will be done next week. Best news is all repairs, parts, etc. were covered either under warranty or extended warranty. Only cost incurred will be tire removal and mounting. Cool DEAL!! Cool Dealer!!! Looking forward to camping with Bill-n-Donna at Carter Caves next week. Woohoo back on the road again!!

Bingo, I'm glad to hear you're getting things taken care of! As far as the dealers go, it's been my experience that when you buy something they are as nice as can be. When you need something it's a whole different story all together.
On Edit: I see where Bingo use red for the edit on his post. I like that idea. I hope it catches on!

Glad you getting it fixed Bingo. I had a similar leak on the wheel - turned out to be K9P.
Our last Dealer visit was terrific, but that was because they got a new Service Manager.

I use the female version of K9P as it does not leave as much a trace of residue!
