I guess I will set my upper limit to 135 to begin with, and see what happens? I sure would like to know what Goodyear has to say on this topic?

When I purchased my first (used) Montana the previous owner had already put the G614's on it. Back then some on the forum were running max pressure and some were not. I just always maintained about 100psi cold pressure in mine. I did the same thing when I traded up and had new G614's installed.
I have watched them rise to between 118 and maybe once or twice to 120, but I don't tow much over 63 - 65mph. I think you could run them up to 110psi cold pressure but I just never did.

5 yrs set at 105 psi, tow at 59 mph in CA and around 65 elsewhere, and TPMS 'high pressure' (+24%) has never sounded, no matter what the outside temps. Underinflation (= heat) is your enemy. If the cold inflation is right, you have nothing to worry about.

Ps there is also a Canadian rebate, for you Canucks.

Our G614's are wearing well. They were OEM on the 13 3402 big sky my guess Is they have 35K or so on them. They are in good shape No cracks no signs of dry rot so says our local Good year dealer. My guess the IS system has a lot to do with the even wear. None the less we will be replacing them in 2017.

Great technical discussion. On the TPMS, we have our pressure set to psi and the temp set to C. It is really clear when you look at pressure and temp that they are different. We also run our tires around 104, depending on outside temp. Living in the mountains, we could be adding and removing air on a daily basis. Yesterday morning was in the 30's in the mountains of Wyoming and we ended the day in the low 100's. As long as cold temp stays between 95 and 105, I am comfortable.
