"Lo DC" command on Norcold Fridge-Won't start

On week long vaca in 2014 Montana, and on day two the frig dies with low DC command. I looked at the battery meter and they have gone to zero. AC works, all wall outlets work, but anything powered by battery is toast. Still can't figure out whey I can't run refir on propane. I'm currently hooked up to 50amp, and have been for months.-Any thoughts??

Sounds like your converter is not producing 12 VDC. That would cause your batteries to be drained below a voltage that would enable your fridge to operate on gas, as 12 VDC is required for the fridge start up and run on gas. You might get lucky and find the 120 volt breaker that powers the converter is tripped and are able to reset it, and that makes the converter work again, but if that doesn't happen, more testing is needed to confirm a failed converter.

Depending on model and year, we had an issue with our '10 2955RL and thought the converter had died, turned out the power plug for the converter had vibrated out of the outlet it was plugged into. This happened when we were parked for the Winter.

Should be right under or behind your breaker panel. If not, then it's right near it somewhere. You probably will have to take the wall off the basement to access it.

Where is your electric panel? The converter may be in the panel. If your panel has a louvered area where you can see fans behind the louvers, that is where the converter is. Otherwise, maybe someone has that model that can tell you.
