Are we the only, still here in the Burgh, Pittsburghers here? I have to drive through downtown to go to work so I expected to see a real mess after the parties in the streets last night but I didn't.By the way I want to point out that these Happy Faces are..... BLACK AND GOLD!!!!!
sorry Seatle, try again next year.

Side note to the SuperBowl..The Steelers flew Home from Detroit to Pittsburgh on two USair flights.that is within Cleveland Centers airspace where Helen works air ttraffic control. The flights call signs were changed to Steeler one and Steeler two.

How about that///

with all this talk about the steelers win and the seahawks officiating loss, I am reminded of one thing that is for sure:

THE PACK WILL BE BACK!!

It is just a simple matter of a little time.

Years ago before Seattle had a football team I really liked the Steelers team when it was lead by Terry Bradshaw. I’m happy for the Steelers, but very upset with the calls that the game officials made. If they are the best of the best then I think we should go to the pee-wee teams and get someone who can still see and call the correct plays as they happen. Not someone that has to go home and then review all of the tapes in real slow motion to see the mistakes they made.

After all what if the game officials had said Franco had not caught the ball in that game year’s ago. I’m sure everyone one can remember the one I’m talking about. They would have been hung up by their toes and left for the crows.

From where I was sitting that football did NOT break the plane of the Goal line on that first Steeler TD..But then I was sitting in our Family room in Ohio. The officials are just people and people make mistakes. They should never have implemented the Instant reply..It is all part of the game.Anyhow the game is over Steelers got the W..and would anyone like some cheese with that whine.... Who could forget the immaculate reception.

Being an instrument rating pilot I am impressed with their radio call sign.

Rich,

Didn't have a vested interest one way or another, but I'm flying out to Pittsburgh tomorrow for business. Any place I just can't miss, given the fact that I don't have much time. I'm staying at the Hilton on Commonwealth, I believe.
