Tell me all you know about the RV park: Escapees at North ranch, Congress Arizona. A scant 13 minutes from Vulture Mine Road in Wickenburg Arizona.
Sue and I did a recon there today, scared a few folks, but we checked out some nice FISBO's and for sales by Realtor. Linda Stevens from Century 21 seems to have a lock on the bulk of the properties. She must have pictures of people doing stuff....
We liked it, would like to know more about it.
(The clubhouse had stinking restrooms, the urinal didn't flush in the men's room...) Not a good first impression on newbies, they can work on that I imagine.

That's odd because it was well maintained last year, but we only stayed a little over a week. Could the management have changed? We actually looked at a lot there last year before we came down and visited you guys. I also noticed that Linda seemed to have the whole thing tied up she's either moving lots or everyone is storing skeletons in her closet.
