Brilliant Rock Chip Guard
To prevent rock chips from hitting our Big Sky, we had a truck liner coating sprayed over the entire area where the two front compartments are. They color matched it and it looks and works great!

Great that is exactly what we are going to do. What liner did you use.

Now you've got my interest in a new mod. How did they work with the two front doors? Do you have pictures?

Will that cause a problem removing the front panel for possible repairs?

I will locate a picture and put it up soon. The guy who sprayed it on did a great job so it covered the front of the doors and it doesn't interfere with the opening of them at all. It runs parallel to the top of the doors all the way across and then to the bottom.

If interested check the rhino liner website. Here in our area zebart does the application. they do a application on the front of Rv's actually any Rhino application will work. I have tuff coat in the truck bed and after 7 years it is looking good. it is on my list next week for a visit. The problem is the 40 foot Montana. Hoping they have a mobil unit. Of course I will need a Montana to apply it to....

Recreational vehicles and horse trailers take a lot of abuse and it is costly to replace or fix them. When used in horse trailers, TuffGrip® lining protects both animal and truck, and provides an easy to clean surface along with cushioning and slip resistance.
Any one of Rhino Linings® products can be used on the front of RV's or in the cargo areas to protect against abrasion and corrosion caused by rocks or corrosive chemicals
