Montana 3150

We toured an 09 Montana 3150 today. Very nice unit. We like the Hickory cabinets. The unit has a mid entry door and three slides. A small desk area with plenty of electronic storage when the fireplace is left out. I think anyone interested in the 2955RL would be interested in this unit. It is about 13" longer than the 2955RL.
The kitchen has a little less storage and no slide out pantry. The drawers are also smaller than the 2955RL. There are many more features that are an upgrade though. It also had electric rear jacks, remote landing gear. The slides were controlled individually. There was a factory installed hitch that would probably work for 2 bikes. New rear bumper design. BTW Goodyear tires.

We had a 2955 and would agree with you that the 3150 is a nice alternative to consider, thanks Jolu! The TV towards the back is a nice change.

The 3150 is a interesting floor plan that we would consider if we were looking for a new unit. The tires have the Goodyear name on them, but they are still made in China.

nailbender ,, you have a new 3465SA why would you go smaller,, also i changed my goodyear tires with BF Goodrich USA before we took possion ,, i just added a plug in the basement for the ice maker we got at target at christmas time for 34.95 that was listed at 169.00 and i added a plug for my breath mach in the base of the bed on the hall end of the coach as i did not like the extension cord on the floor. you have to leave plente of coil under the bed so it dosent get in to the mec of the hyd. sailer

We just added a bicycle rack to our 2955RL hitch. Doug got one that will work in a variety of hitch receivers as they change between the 5er, the Honda Pilot and the Dodge RAM so we can use it to take the bikes to the unit and then take the bikes with us on trips. Used it the week after Christmas for a short jaunt to Silver River State Park and it worked great!
