Traveling, and enjoyment of our country

I'd like to nominate this as OUR MOC Anthem, Song, Poem. It represents in my opinion OUR brotherhood/sisterhood for traveling, and enjoyment of our country.

Beautiful. We have been to most of those places..Just returned from Gettysburg.. This is our "great adventure" and our retirement dream. We hope we will be able to continue. This is truly "America the beautiful"

I wish the "Duke" was still around...I'm sure he'd have some sage advice for some of our politicians.

People that have traveled abroad, but have not traveled the USA don't know what they are missing. That is why RV'ers love what we do, good post.

That really is beautiful.

One of the things we're enjoying so much is when we watch a movie, or even some tv shows, we notice the scenery is of places we've been. It's really a strange but wonderful feeling. We recently spent two weeks in Monument Valley, UT. We are amazed at how frequently we see that scenery in movies and TV. I never used to pay a lot of attention to the background in movies. But now I do.

Yes Delaine and me have been there and done that. We are so thankful and blessed to have Traveled thru out this wonderful country. We have been East to West North to South. We have two Lap tops and a Desk Top that run continualy with the Screen savers posting pictures of the places we have been to. I sometimes set and wonder how did we see so much and Loved every minute. We Love the West so very much. And I miss Montana, Wyoming, and Utah, but all I have to do is watch the screen and they appear. Almost forgot Arizona is awesome. We will return to the West in the Future if our health stays good. Oh yes John Wayne was a Giant of a American, and he is missed. The History of the West will forever be in our Heart. We Love the West, its so breath taking and beautiful. Thanks for the Memories. GBY...

Bob, I was so impressed with what I just heard that I have passed on the message to my friends for their pleasure!
What a terrific rendition and could only be done the way it was by the "Duke"!!!!
As a suggestion, everyone copy and paste this to all their friends and family even if they are not in the MOC family!
