more Montana's
Well,,, either the word is out about the Monty or the sales people are working really hard . I have been seeing a very large number of new Montana's lately in south Louisiana. Maybe there is some spill over from Katrina and they liked the life style. Maybe people are just getting smarter .

Garin1 - just keep a tally sometime on a pretty lengthy trip. You will see all brands, but when you look at the folks who are in it for the long haul, you will see a lot of Montys. There are a lot of good brands out there, but none better for value and bang for the buck. Great observation!

Yet in out part of the country, Northern Ohio, we rarely see a Montana. In our 450 mile round trip on the Ohio and Ind tnpk to the Goshen Rally we saw two Montana's on the road and one of those was a fellow MOC'er.In our wide circle of camping friends we have the only Montana. Not counting the MOC'ers of course.

We are now in Illinois. On the way we past 2 Montys. One on 33 and one on I465. The cg we just pulled into has 2 more Montys. I gave my card to one from Colorado and the other is out somewhere. If they don't get back before we leave tomorrow I will deposit a card on their door.

We must have counted at least a dozen new Montana's being delivered to points west while traveling I80 headed to the Rally in Goshen.

We saw a lot of Montana's on way to Goshen. Most were going west. Lots of them were being delivered.
We are in a campground in Nebraska now,and we have counted several here. One was Sweetfire on way back to Idaho. They left today. We leave here tomorrow for Colorado. We got to visit a little.
Some of the others came in late and left early this morning and yesterday morning. Talked to some and they are interested in joining MOC. One couple had a new 3400. They had a 2005 that burned to the ground and Keystone replaced the whole unit with a new 2006. 3400 unit like they had, only newer model. Wire was cut into when built, when welded or something rubbed the wires, I didn't understand exactly what caused it. They had lot of other problems with that one. But now they have a new one. And very good customer service!!!

I just love hearing those "good customer service" storyies Dustytuu. Just make the heart well up.
Be safe going to Colorado. Remember it is starting to get a little cold outside.

We are home now. Pulled in about 3 PM Mountain time today, Sunday.
Hope everyone makes it home safe.
Colorado already had a snow where we live while we were gone. The neighbors said. We are at 6300 feet so is possible. Sept. usually gets first snow.
