TV antenna booster
I've read all the forums which have given me good info. However, my question is with regards to the 2005 RL2980 ... where do I find the booster on/off switch?

If it is where ours is there is a little button on the right side wall on the shelf (where the VCR can be put) under the TV. Don't forget to shut it off when you "pack up" as it will drain the battery real quick.

Some are in the cabinet/shelf where the TV is located (in the bedroom usually) as Jan suggested. Others, like ours, are below the TV cabinet on the closet wall, usually on the white panel the coax is attached to. There may be other locations but these are the ones I'm aware of.

Like Paul said or Jan, it's a little button with a little green light when left on, it will drain your batteries, it happed to me.

Hi, we've just brought home a new 2006 2980RL. I've heard that some of the 06 changes were present in some of the 05 models. Does the BR TV pivot out? or is it in an angled cabinet? If it pivots, you'll find the antena booster in the wardrobe right hand wall. Good luck.

I found it! It is in the bedroom cabinet below the TV on the left wall, on the coax switch plate. My problem was " I has a spec of dirt on my glasses and looked right past it." Small button, tiny button, no it is a miniscule botton. Thanks to all. TV works great now.

Now that's a good one, Doug! I'll have to remember to use that sometime.
Since you put quotes around it, does that mean it's from a movie, a book, or something else and I should recognize it?
