Location of Thermostat in 3400RL

Just wondering??
On our 2005 3400RL the wall mounted thermostat reciever is located on the back side of the wall towards the TV.
If it is infra-red controlled from the remote, you need to be in the rear of the trailer for it to work.
Where is your wall mounted unit located in your trailer????

I have the 2004 3400RL and could not be happier I do. I have the "normal" thermostat located on the stairway going into the bedroom. Just set the temp and slide the selector to auto and forget it. I have not heard one good thing about the remote units. Will be adding at 13,500btu a/c to the bedroom this spring to help cool things down faster and help the main a/c out when the temps get over 95 in the summer.

we have the 2004 3685 FL. has a regular T-STAT located behind the kitchen sink on the wall (by the bathroom door)

Carlson...Ours is located in the same place yours is. Kind of a weird place. Not even centrally located.
