Remote Battery 2011 models

I am posting this for Lou Alquist but he may post himself later. He has tried to get his rig remote apart to replace the battery. He has a 2011 Montana. He removed the little screw from the back and removed the lanyard from the lanyard eye. The remote comes part way open and that is as far as it goes, he doesn't want to force it and possibly break something. What is the method of opening these 2011 remotes?... Dave

If the 2011 remote is anything like the 2010, there are two screws. One is hidden under the label on the back about the middle. If you press firmly you will be able to locate it. It takes a small screw driver like the end screw.

I have the 2011 model and brought it home last night to open and check for the exact battery replacement. There is a screw dead center under the instruction label on the back. The label is tough to break through. Once I found the spot I used a sharp knife to clear the screw. The exact location on mine is in the middle just under the instruction that says "To turn system off immediately". The next line says "Push and release LCI button". The screw was under rel.
