Hello all. New owners on a 2019 MHC 372RD.

This is not our first RV but definitely the nicest and largest. Moved from 12'6" tall, 33' long, at 7,800 lbs to 13'4" tall, 42' long at 12,800 lbs. Love the space but towing this beast is going to take a bit of getting use to. I feel like I need a Peterbilt and a CDL.

My wife and our children have always loved spending time outdoors traveling to new locations and making memories with our family and friends. With the little's growing up we decided to take the plunge into our next Mom/Dad like it, but it still has enough room for you guys to come unit.

We purchased Mid-October out of state. Spent a few days in it at the dealer and on the road home. Unfortunately it had a few issue that needed to be fixed. It has been sitting at our local service center until just last weekend.

We are not full timers yet but definitely looking forward to many years of great adventures in our new RV.

Happy Holiday!

Jason and Leila

Congrats. We have the same model and are starting our 9th month full timing in it. Feel free to ask email me any questions. We have had several issues with it but overall like the model a lot.

Did you by chance have issues with the floor lifting with the heater on?

Not an uncommon complaint. Do a Search on "floor vent". Here are a few of the Threads you will find.

The cut in the flooring has me more concerned than floor raising up. Am I just being a worry wart?

I haven't been back to the service center yet. I have asked Keystone if this is the proper procedure for fixing the issue before I stir the pot.

Any thoughts?

372rd sewer hoses

Hi,
I also recently purchased a 372 rd. I am moving into it in a month and am trying to figure out how I want to hook everything up. I noticed there are 2 separate gray tanks. I’m curious how anyone else hooks up their hoses on a 372. Do you do 2 hoses with a y connection? Feel free to share any info and tips & tricks!
Thanks,
Lynn

I have only dumped mine twice, on the journey home from purchase and after I winterized it. I only had 1 hose at the time. I dumped black, grey then switched and dumped the second grey. I've seen the Y pipe and will probably go that route just before the 90 into the sewer hole.

I read another person had them joined for 1 exit. That would be nice. I don't like the rear pipe hanging out by the tire. Likely going to get torn off if I ever have a tire come apart.

Something isn't exactly right on mine. I have clear 45 attached to the end of the black/grey side and both times after I've dumped and closed everything up I found yuck water in my clear end when I got it home. It I might put a gate attachment between the end and the clear 45 until I can get it figured out so I'm not dumping yuck water on the ground trying to get a hose attached. It's not much maybe a cup but it's still gross. I will have to mess around with it as soon as the snow stops falling...err I want spring to come so badly right now.

Thanks for the response! Ours was winterized at the dealership, so we haven’t had a chance to mess with the tanks yet. I think we are going to use 1 hose at first to get a feel for how everything works, and make sure it works correctly, and then go from there. We are going to park it/live in it for 2 months before we hit the road. Let me know what you end up doing. I searched all around the web & it’s hard to find owner info on a 372.
Thanks!
Lynn
