Batteries not charging

Hey everyone, first time posting. I'm having a problem with my batteries not charging, my converter is putting out 13.6 on the post on the converter but the batter's are only at 11.9, this is on a 2017 37RL21 does anyone know where the wire from the converter goes to the batteries. Any information would be helpful.

Thanks
Mike

The output of the converter goes to the batteries via the disconnect switch in the convenience center. If you have 13.6 at the output of the converter and the battery only shows 11.9 the odds are pretty good the disconnect switch is in the wrong position. If you can remove the key from the switch then the batteries are disconnected and will not be charged.

I have a 2015 3610RL and my batteries do not charge from my truck. The key is in the "won't come out position" and still will not charge from the truck. Any suggestions?

Some of the newer trucks have a fuse for the charging system to work to the trailer did work before? if ti did than you need to use a volt meter and start testing the wiring from the truck.

Depending on OEM packages, you my need to add a 40 amp fuse in the fuse block that's under the hood, as not all GM's came with the fuse installed. Mine all had the Full Towing Package and all came with the fuse installed, but for one reason or another I did blow the fuse on one Truck and had to replace said blown fuse to get a functional charge line.
