Leaking Slide Window

I have a 2004 335 RLBS Mountaineer TT. We were camping during two good storms, one of which had driving rain. The large window above the dining room (slide room) started leaking. We were able to control it, but frustrating for sure. I brought the trailer back to our dealer and they supposedly fixed the problem, however, they did not fix the section I pointed out that was leaking. The service guy said he found another spot that was leaking. Anyway, now it looks like they have to replace the window. Because the RV is over two years old, I have to replace it out of pocket. The service manager said he called Keystone and they will not replace the window under warranty even though one of the mechanics said that Keystone has been having trouble with this window leaking. The money we paid to supposedly fix the first problem will be credited toward the replacement of the new window. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Comments appreciated.

I don't understand why the window needs to be replaced. Maybe they intend to remove the window, put in new seals/caulk and put it back in? Or is there a crack in the window? Also, did they try cleaning out the caulk and putting a new bead of caulk around the window?

Steve and Cindy, maybe I missed the point but it sure seems odd to me they think the window needs to be replaced.

See another Montana or Mountaineer on the road? Flash lights twice, it might be one of us!

I also don't understand why the window has to be replaced, but if it does a call to Customer Service wouldn't hurt. You may be able to get at least a little help from them.
