Samsung Refrigerator Ice Maker Not Working

I have a Samsung Residential refrigerator in a 2021 Montana 3121 and cannot get the water to flow into the ice maker. Here is what I have already done
1. Confirmed that the water line under the sink that goes to the ice maker is turned on
2. Climbed underneath the coach and unscrewed the drain valve plug to the ice maker drain line to confirm that water was getting into the line which it was.
3. Confirmed that the ice maker led button at the top of the fridge was turned on
4. Confirmed there was no obstructions with the ice maker shut off arm

At this point I am lost as to why it is not pouring any water into the tray

Any ideas?

Mash the little button underneath the front to make it cycle. Either air in the line or freezer not cold enough yet.

In addition to the cold water line and valve under your sink, there's another valve next to the fridge. On my 3791RD, the valve was at the back of the lower cabinet on the left side of the fridge behind the rear panel. I had to remove the panel to find it. This valve turns on water to the actual small tubing to the fridge.
I believe the reasoning behind having 2 valves is that you can turn this one off when winterizing to prevent the pink stuff from getting into the ice maker. The low point drain line for the ice maker is between these two valves, this one and the one under your sink.

Our 2021 3121RL second stop valve is in the same place as Robert mentioned. Behind a panel at the back of the bottom cabinet just left of the fridge.

Ice maker shutoff valve panel

So I am familiar with the ice maker shutoff valve behind the cabinet wall. What I am not familiar with is how to get to it behind the panel and what is the easiest way to get this panel off and why did they make this so you had to disassemble a part of your rv to turn on something that you going to use on a regular basis. Right now, am just curious how this panel comes off cleanly. Thanks for all the suggestions. Scott

Take out the screws in the grey cleats - they hold the rear panel in place. The cleats are stapled to the panel. It is really easy. As to "why?" - who knows why the manufacturers do some of the things they do...

On ours the valve wasn't behind the wall that had the sticker saying Icemaker Shutoff Valve. It was behind the rear wall in that cabinet. I removed that wall first and looked down and there it was. Even though I now know where it is I moved the sticker to be on the wall the valve was behind.

First make sure it is turned on. You would think this would be simple but when the light is ON the Ice maker is OFF. Get a pair of glasses and you'll see that when the light is lit it says OFF. disconnect the lines from the shut off valve and the refer and blow in them. If they are clear you might have to replace the water solenoid in the back the refer. Not expensive and not hard to do. When you have good water pressure it might take several hours maybe even a day to make the first batch of ice. After owning for three years we finally got ours working

I have heard about this button and I have looked for it but was never able to find it. If you could please show me where with a picture. I don’t have an issue but I am dumbfounded where it at.

I no longer have an image of the bottom if the icemaker. The test button is on the bottom front part of the ice maker. It's a less than 1/4" square white button with a tiny hole in its center. It needs to be pressed a few seconds to initiate a cycle and fill. Use a small mirror and a flashlight to find it. Or stand on your head.

Picture of ice maker button

If you press AND HOLD the little black button you will hear it fill with water. Do NOT press more than once in 24 hours. I had to use a mirror or my phone in camera mode to find the button to press it.
