2019 3855BR Legacy only 1 leg of power

2019 3855 BR Legacy with the power cord reel, got 122 on red and black legs at pedestal, 122 on both legs at the busses inside the cord reel. At the main double breaker in the camper 122 on the black leg, nothing on the red leg. Any ideas on the next steps?

Is this rig setup for a generator? If so, possibly the auto transfer switch is bad. Might be another location to check.

Where is the auto transfer switch located?

It is under the steps. You will access through the basement storage. There is an access panel that is held in place with a few screws. Pop that off and the transfer switch is right there. Remove the cover and measure your voltage on the output side. Bet that is your issue. If so contact manufacturer of that switch and they will probably send you one to replace. Well known problem.
