Equally useful questions -
Where is the trailer?
What is your asking price?

After 10 years of RVing and visiting every state except Hawaii we have decided to settle down and buy a home in southeast Georgia.

May I ask how you arrived at asking price? Maybe I should consider putting our 2012 on the market.

This Montana was almost 100k when we purchase in 2012 and we added another 4k. I look it up on blue book 62k-78k.

Just see what you can get out of it. My 2015 Montana Legacy loaded will every option like 6 pt leveling, G Rated Goodyears, 2 A/C's, residential refrigerate that is available except full body paint. I bought it straight out sale price for $57,250 and it was brand new because we ordered it. It listed MSRP for about $87,000

Holly Molly 100K in 2012 is it a Big Sky Pkg?? I bought my Loaded 2012(except full body paint) for 58K in 2012 and I only lost 2K when I sold it, they were going for cheaper in 2012 when the RV industry was still hurting for sales now they are Booming (hence the 68K now for the new ones in the NW) but heck that would be AWESOME for you if you could sell it for that price uote] Originally posted by Bruce Perlee

Mine has the same options except G614s (to include 6 pt levelers) and I purchased for 53,400. MSRP was just over 80,000.

Thanks for your input. We have decided on $58.5k to get more inline with what you have suggested.
