8/ 18 update

We still have openings for the Amish Dinner, we will not have a waiting list in case there are cancellations. If you want to sign up for the dinner do so on the original Thread, not this one.

The Amish Dinner will be on Tuesday and Wednesday

Thanks to all who have signed up to help, We will be getting more information out to you soon. We have enough helpers and sign up for dinner is closed to any more

When you buy your meal you will get a ticket telling you when you will eat Amish dinner.

There are too many variables at this time.

You will be getting detailed instructions later this week. Keep watching this post

I'm sure you are already tracking this, but the factory tours should be a consideration for the day we attend the Amish Dinner. Anyone with a late factory tour can't be at the dinner on the same day. Just a thought. And thanks again for spearheading this event!!

Clark or Peggy, I think Jan has that all under control and figured out. I don't know if she will be posting a list of who will be attending the Dinner on which day or if she will notify the attendees when they check in and pay at the packet pickup on Thursday or Friday. Rest assured she has things all figured out.

For all of you going to the Amish Dinner there will not be a post telling you what night you will be going as there is a possibility it can change due to factory tour sign ups, etc. You will get your tickets and explicit directions when you pay your money at Packet pickup. Make sure you have your money with you--$23 per person. that includes tax and tip. Exact change would be appreciated. Don't worry you won't miss the dinner if you signed up. Yes, as the schedule tells you it will be Tues or Wed night and it will be divided evenly among attendees. I can assure you there will be plenty of food each night.

Last day to sign up was actually Aug 20. I will talk with the Carriage house on Wednesday and find out if you can be added.. this is not a restaurant but a farm lady that does this and she has to order food ahead of time. Stop by packet pick up ND find out if we could get you added
