I have used CO2 tanks for 30 years in my HVAC businesses, my most versatile tool. I use it for blowing the dirt out of A/C units, airing up tires (Blazing fast) with a regulator attached, you can do anything from the grand-kids soccer ball, their wading pool, the farm tractor tires and even blowing the grass off the mower…and your pants after mowing.
We winterize the swimming pool with the inert gas, blowing out the water lines each season.
When we travel, I always have a tank strapped to the tool-box.
I use it to fill the air-bags on the hitch suspension, when I had air-bags on the truck, I filled them as well. Tires; slick, I can top off a low tire in seconds with the adjustable pressure gauge.
When my Viair air compressor quit, the tank was my air power source for the air horns as well.
I was thinking about being so selfish, and not sharing this asset, why not share it with my brothers and sisters in the MOC ??
So………. I have assembled a few tanks, regulators and hoses for sale to you.
I have a used Harris regulator that I just put new gauges on, for $235.00 The max outlet pressure is 125#, this includes the 5# tank, quick disconnects and 50’ coiled hose.
I also have 2 new regulators, adjustable to 300# or more, 5# tank, quick disconnects and 50’ coiled hose. These are $250.00
Most folks have a favorite air chuck, so I did not include that, one can go to Lowe’s, or the auto parts store and get one if needed.
These tanks are around ˝ of what the RV and rock crawler advertised tanks are, mine are smaller and easier to carry and stowe.
If we meet on the road, the tank will be full, if I have to ship it, it must be empty. A refill costs around $10.00 to $15.00 and lasts from 14 to 33 tire refills if 10# low.
