Norfolk Va.
Saw a Monty heading east on I-64 in Norfolk on Sunday morning around 9 AM(3 Feb). We were on the way to go fishing for Rock fish on a friends boat. Beautiful day, spoiled only by one of the boats shafts breaking and the screw falling to the seabed of the Chesapeake Bay on our way out to the fishing area. Never even got a line in the water.
