Prescott, AZ ???
We're in week 2 of our 3 week vacation adventure. We've decided next week we'd like to stay in the Prescott, AZ area and make day trips to Sedona and Jerome. Need suggestions for campgrounds and things to be sure not to miss (or to be sure to miss).

We stayed in Flagstaff last month at J&H. Nice folks and good location. Looked at Munds Park, but it is near nothing and looked like a huge gravel lot! We did day trips to Sedona, South Rim, and Walnut Canyon. Enjoy!!!

There are some nice RV parks around Cottonwood, AZ located south of Sedona and north of Jerome.

Dead Horse State Park in Cottonwood is a good place to go. We stay there in April on the way home. There is a lot to do in the area and Cottonwood is a nice little town.

Point of Rocks just on the north side of Prescott. We stayed for a couple of weeks. Very scenic, sites in the trees and rocks. The people there were super too.
