David, hopefully someone with more direct experience will come along, but until then I'll share my limited knowledge. We have never stayed in Tiger Run, but we have passed by on the highway several times and it looks like a really neat place to stay. We do have friends that no longer travel by RV, but when they did a few years ago, Tiger Run was one of their favorites and they always went there in the Summer. Our stay in Breckenridge has been in the Winter for skiing. We have visited there in the Summer though not overnight.
We usually stay in our RV around Buena Vista, not too far south of Breckenridge because our daughter lives there. Two RV parks near BV are the KOA out at Johnson Village and Arrowhead Point just north of town. I can recommend both of them highly, but they are not in the same league (full service resort) as Tiger Run, but then our tastes run in the simpler direction anyway.
