More mods on the 3500RL

We are getting ready to leave tomorrow for the lake. I did two more mods to the unit. Installed the safty switch to deactivate the slide switch when the slides are out. Installed door openers on the two overhead cabnets so that they would not come down and hit me in the head.
Also found one more thing that the factory missed and that I missed on the PDI. Five of the cabinet doors had one of the hindges held one with only one screw instead of three screws. Went to hard ware store and spent 1.00 dollar for screws. I guess the factory wanted to save money on screws.
Everything else on the unit worked ok.

Hope you have a great time at the lake. I am curious as to how you installed your slide shut off switch?? Can you explain??

I will take a picture of it in the morning. From the picture you will be able to see what I did. There are two wires going to the hydrolic pump motor ( one yellow & one white ). I cut each of these wires and connected them to a STDP switch. You want to make sure the yellow goes to the yellow when the switch is made. Same for the white wire. When the switch is open the inside switch will not work.
