No electricity in Kitchen and TV side.

Hi guys.
I own a 2021 Montana High Country and I am having problems with the TV section of the RV. Looks like there is no electricity in that area.
Yesterday we did not have electricity in our home due to a blown transformer. So, I gess that the RV was drained at some time. Once the electricity was restored, everything seemed fine inside the RV, but when we tried to turn the TV on, or tried to turn on some equipments in the kitchen, they did not turn on. We also connected our Apple TV box to the same outlet see if it turns on, but it didn’t. Looked like that side of the RV was not getting electricity.
When I went to the fuse box, I noticed a blinking green light (please see the image). Also, if you look in detail the image there is a very very small switch where it says “LI” “LA” that is currently off.
Is that switch supposed to be on? Would that be related to that side of the RV not having electricity running?

What are you plugged into? 50 amp? 30 amp? 20 amp?

Have you checked your 50 amp outlet to make sure you have 120 vac power at both hot pins? Often when some, but not all, 120 vac devices in an RV stop working it is because one hot leg of the 50 amp service is missing.

That blinking green light sounds like the manual battery boost button which has nothing to do with AC .If your AC is dead on one side then suspect that only one side of your breaker box is not receiving power. This would indicate that the problem is that one of the 50 amp wires somewhere back to the plug is faulty.

I don't which model of HC you own, but if like ours and there is no 120VAC along the entire kitchen side and you have a residential refrigerator, then suspect the inverter is not energized. The entertainment center would most likely be on the same inverter power feed for boondocking purposes.

I'm of the understanding that the inverter must be turned on to pass through 120VAC even when plugged in to shore power, otherwise it might not pass through the 120VAC voltage. Others are likely more knowledgeable on this aspect. Good luck and let us know how you come out.

The blinking green light is your battery charger boost mode indicator.
The switch Li or LA is lithium or Lead Acid battery.
There is a white sticker with your converter model number on it. Write it down and go to the Progressive Dynamics webpage and download your manual.

Not sure which models were affected ....but my 2021 331RL had recall for the electrical box underneath rv that feeds power to the slide out that the fridge, stove and entertainment center is in.... Would be odd if it happened after a power outage as recall was for moisture intrusion inside box causing corrosion...

Assuming you have a surge protector hooked up to rv power cable? If not power spike could have caused a problem in rv power center... I learned that the hardway a few years ago..

It may the GFI tripped? In our HC that GFI is in the basement outlet.

I know this will sound stupid but check all of your GFI plugs to insure they haven't been tripped. After tearing into every electrical component of my 3120 and pulling every fuse I was amazed to see that the bathroom GFI had tripped some but not all of the circuits in my living room.

I had a similar issue on the road last year. Turned out to be connections were faulty on one leg of the male end of the power cable. Disassemble that plug end to check those if you can.

As others have stated, check your GFI sockets.
