0ver 55 rv resorts
Well it was bound to happen, wife and I will be turning 55 over the next two months. Last year we camped for a week at the Bluffs in NH. They are a 50 and over resort, it was great we really enjoyed it. So now I'm doing all kind of searches and not finding what I want. Hey maybe it's my age . Anyway any help would be great. We would like to be in the Northeast.
thanks, kevin

Happy Birthday!! We also will be turning 55 in the next 3 months, but we have never found an RV park in the NW that is restricted by age. It will be interesting to follow this thread to see what resources there are out there in our area. I think it sounds like something we would like to look into.

Just think, you now have the options of both worlds. The "over the hill 55" parks will take you in, and the full of life playful parks will take you in. Now you just have to decide if you want to play, or want to rest.
I've been there for a long, long time.

If it is like Condos, over 55 means 80 and up.

We did stay in one in NH ( The Bluffs ) . It was very nice and yes we were the youngsters. But there was a lot of amenities that nobody used. Good for the younger crowd.

We stayed at Champlain Adult campground in Vermont, it is either on South Hero or Grand Isle right on the water, absolutely beautiful place, grounds like a golf course. Great place we plan to go back again.
