That is why Texas considers round as being in shape!
Round is a shape, right?
Had we been able to meet you we would have suggested the Potato Patch, just East of I45, on FM-1960. It's about 30 miles from you and 60 from us. Also, if you drive down ti FM-105, Conroe, and head West, you will find all kinds of eating establishments, all of which are good. Continuing West, turn North on FM-149, then Right on FM-1097, and you'll be back in Willis, going through the Houston National Forest.
Country Kitchen on FM-105 has some great catfish.
Happy trails.
Edited: p.s. If you want to treat the young lady to a great meal, there is a Japanese restaurant less than a quarter mile on the left as you turn off of I-45 on FM-105. You can get the traditional Japanese food, or sit at the Tabinaki table and pay the price for a feast. For impressing the lady, you will need your pocket book (or hers) and sit at the Tabinaki table.
For better "points," let her think it was your idea.
