Kitchen/Living Room Slide

Kitchen/Living room slide will not work. No sound and nothing moves! I have a 2020 Montana 3121 RL and just used it in February and everything worked fine. Just picked it up to do some maintenance on it and the kitchen/Living room slide will not work. NO SOUND and nothing moves? HELP
I've checked all the fuses and circuit breakers and everything seems to be ok.

Can we assume that the other 2 slides do work?

Have you checked the switch? Is there power to the switch? You could pull it and jumper it to see if that works. You could also test the leads with a mult-meter to make sure you've got power to the switch. If you do have power to the switch, you could then have someone push the switch while using your multi-meter at the motor to see if it's receiving power. All the while just checking all the wiring connections you can see to make sure all are secure.

Is there any chance that the isolation switch is switched off in the control pannel where the level-up controls are?

What about the Level Up system? Does it work? It uses the same hydraulic system as the slides.

If the Level Up works and the slides don't, then I would check the integrity of the 12V circuit from the switch (it does have power?) to the connections on the reversing switch (aka Trombetta) near the pump. The jacks are activating the reserving switch and pump, why isn't the switch for the slides?

A year or so ago I had a switch for the slides go bad. It would work, then not, then work again. Found a replace at our local CW for around $10.

This is very easy to TS.. on the dual polarity solenoid are two small sets of wires attached to leads

These are the extend/retract signal for the hydraulic slides and hyd level up system

Use a multi meter and attach red lead of meter to extend side terminal and black lead to solenoid ground terminal as shown in picture

Have helper press switch to extend slide

You must see 12 volts DC on the extend side of the solenoid when switch is pressed to extend the slide

If you aren’t reading 12 volts then the switch isn’t sending the 12 volts DC to the extend side of the solenoid. The same applies for the retract side of the solenoid if retracting hyd slide

Slide problems

Well, nothing has worked so far. No power to the switch is about as far as I've gotten, plus checked all the fuses and they are all ok. I'm no electrician, far from it, so back to the shop.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions and assistance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
