kitchen faucet leaks from bottom

Wife and I camping in our 2018 3121RL. When turning kitchen faucet on it leaks from underneath. Dont know brand but its a single lever pull down head. Just above base it appears to be two letters "SA" or "SR". Thanks for any help, Happy Camping. Gary

I had a bathroom faucet that started leaking. I simply tightened up the connections and it fixed the leak. Almost felt like the connections were only hand tightened. Half a turn did the trick. If you’ve already tried that and it didn’t fix the problem, most residential faucets you can buy make suitable replacements.
